Very intense and persistent, ample. The aromas of our Cabernet Franc begin with an intensity of herbaceous fragrances that evolve, especially after the first year of age, into hints reminiscent of oriental spices, cinnamon.
Elegant, harmonious and complex both on the nose and on the palate. Its natural warmth combines with the softness of the tannins and the persistence of the aroma. Typical slightly vegetal final sensation.
