Our Prosecco Docg has a brilliant appearance, straw yellow with greenish reflections, a very fine and persistent perlage. It smells of acacia flowers and has a good intensity with particular notes of apple, lemon and grapefruit.
Good structure, soft with an emerging fruit, balanced and savory, on the palate it is pleasant and harmonious.
Pairings
Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light first courses.
Excellent throughout the meal with fish-based dishes.
